We believe in fair and transparent pricing. For that reason, we are proud to offer flat-fee pricing to cover most common bookkeeping situations.
Basic Bookkeeping – $300/month
For businesses with monthly revenue up to $30,000
Includes:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Cash Management/Bank Reconciliation
General Ledger/Financial Statements
For businesses with revenues above $30,000/month, every additional $10,000 in monthly revenue is just $100/month
Payroll – $55/month + $8/employee per month
Includes:
Unlimited payroll runs
Self-service employee portal to access paystubs, W-2s, etc.
Payroll Reports
Single-state filing
IRS filing
Next Day Direct Deposit
Additional Bookkeeping Services – $30/hour
Covers any additional services not covered by our Basic Bookkeeping service and is billed at an hourly rate.
This could include cleaning up old books, work to “catch up” transactions that have not been recorded yet, or anything else that you need.
Campaign Finance Consulting
Includes:
Recording of all income/expense transactions in compliance with state regulations
Creation of quarterly/semi-annual reports
E-filing of Your Report with the State/County Board of Elections
24/7 On-call availability for questions/support on campaign finance regulations
Handling of all communication to/from the Board of Elections
Audit support in the event of a routine inspection by the Board of Elections
For local offices and most judicial candidates, we offer flat rates starting at $200/cycle. For other offices, we offer a percentage of total receipts, starting at 2.5%.

A Certified Bookkeeper and member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, Marc has nearly a decade’s worth of experience managing the books for small businesses and organizations.
He is also a Certified Treasurer with the North Carolina Board of Elections and has handled campaign finance reporting for all types of races and candidates, from first-time city council candidates to statewide judicial races to members of the General Assembly.
